For 2024's Black Friday/Cyber Monday, the message was simple: More. Our campaign focused on our teachers delivering the message via a collage of the word "more" being used in classes on the platform. This was achieved by a recent improvement on how we archive transcripts of our classes on the Video Production side of the business, a change I'm proud of having spearheaded and one that continues to pay dividends.
As the Director of Content Operations, I was tasked with overseeing ideation, concepting, delivery timelines, budgets, resourcing, and inter-departmental communication. By the end, we delivered these assets, among others:

• Affiliate banners
• Blog imagery and copy
• Email imagery and copy
• 85 static images for social marketing
• 18 video exports for social marketing
• Custom sale landing page
